The HTC Mozart is India’s first introduction to the all new, finally refurbished and reinvented (to a large extent) Windows Mobile operating system, Windows Phone 7. There’s been a lot of hype about the new OS since we first heard about it at the beginning of last year. The western world got their share of the WP7 experience a lot earlier and India saw HTC’s offering only at the tail end of 2010.
The Windows Mobile platform has always been a versatile system but in desperate need of an upheaval and that’s exactly what WP7 is. As rejuvenated as the OS is now, both visually and functionally, it’s still in its infancy and has a ways to go before it’s perfected.
The HTC 7 Mozart is a sleek handset and quite capable but is restricted to an extent by a few OS limitations. To read the full review of the handset you click here.
In the mean time here’s a quick video to give you an idea of what I liked and disliked about the device.
