Adding to long list of brands that are cropping up in India for mobile handsets, AirNet, a newcomer, has announced their AN 90 Dual SIM handset. It’s a pretty neat looking candy-bar styled device but quite generic in design.

The AN 90 features a 2.4-inch display AirNet Mobile T flash card support, a 2.4 inch touch screen with GPRS for net connectivity, Bluetooth and what the company claims to be a ‘super high life battery’ life with it’s 2600mAh that is supposed to offers a standby time of 60 days. It supports MP4/MP3 playback for watching videos. It also comes with a FM radio, e-Book reader, dual VGA cameras (secondary is not for video calling obviously but for self portraits) and expandable memory up to 2GB.

The AN 90, AirNet Mobile is readily available in the Tier1 and Tier2 cities at a price of Rs. 3,099.

AirNet has also announced another Dual SIM device called the Q9 amongst 13 other devices that’s equipped with a QWERTY keypad and 2-inch landscape display. Other features include a digital camera (possibly VGA), a music player, FM radio with recording functionality, Bluetooth, expandable memory, Java support, email mail support and a 1450 mAh battery.
