In today’s day and age when greedy publishers and developers make gamers shell out for trivial stuff like weapons, clothes, hats and other useless cosmetic items in the name of DLC, there are a few good guys still left who won’t fleece us for all we’re worth. One of these good guys is Polish developer CD Projekt who recently announced on their Facebook page that all DLC for Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings will be free for customers who buy a copy of the game. In fact they’re adding in some free DLC in the form of a side quest on launch day itself. How awfully nice of them.
Unfortunately The Witcher 2 isn’t releasing officially in India so your only other option is to grab it off Steam for $49 (Rs. 2208). Don’t worry; it’s going to be totally worth it. The Witcher 2 releases exclusively for the PC tomorrow.
