Angry Birds has grown from an enjoyable handheld game to a gigantic franchise. After assaulting nearly every handheld platform out there – including the PSP – it even came out for the PS3, Windows and Mac. And I guess it’s only a matter of time before it hits Xbox Live as well.
Today we get word via Techland that Angry Birds will soon be available on Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7. There was a time when developer Rovio and Microsoft weren’t the best of pals as Microsoft had used an Angry Birds icon for certain promotional tools without Rovio’s permission.
Whatcha looking at??
But now it seems all their differences have been put aside as Rovio's Peter Vesterbacka claims that “there's no bad blood between the two companies.”
Neither Microsoft nor Rovio have announced a release date but we’re guessing it should be available real soon.
