Send gift requests

Seemingly, mobile platforms are vying to add some socializing capabilities. The gifting option enables you to request for gifts like apps, games, themes from your BBM friends and also send those gifts on requests. After this facelift, the App World gets content rating depending upon the age. For instance, it checks whether a particular app is suitable for teens, adults and so on. The ratings are based on the CTIA Wireless Association’s Guidelines for app, content classification and ratings. Parents can also set a rating filter that would restrict the purchase or display of content. Besides, RIM has also added support for languages like, Dutch, Indonesian, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
