VOIP call service, Fring is now allowing $0.01 per minute calls to landlines and cell phones around the world, thus providing a challenge to Skype. Not all places will cost a cent though; calls to India will cost 1.1 cents.

The service is called FringOut and comes in response to Skype and Fring's falling out after the iPhone 4 came out. It is available on Nokia right now with support for iPhone and Android coming soon.
