As we’re moving towards portable computing, Fujitsu has brought in another option for laptop buyers. The Japanese company has brought a notebook called the Lifebook AH530-HD with some high-end specifications and decent features.

The AH520-HD features Intel’s Core i7-620M processor that clocks 2.66 GHz and has a 4 MB cache memory. It has 4 GB of DDR3 RAM and comes with Windows 7 professional edition pre-loaded. The laptop has a 15.6-inch Crystal View WXGA HD display and a 500 GB Hard Disk Drive which seems to be quite sufficient to store both personal and professional data.

The notebook also has a dual-layer DVD Writer and with an integrated webcam and a digital microphone. In terms of connectivity, the AH520-HD has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and three USB 2.0 slots. An HDMI port has also been thrown in for entertainment purposes. Finally, the laptop has a 4400 mAh 6-cell Lithium Ion battery.

The notebook is priced at Rs. 61,860 and is distributed under the DGS&D RC (Directorate General of Supplies and Disposals Rate Contract) which is supposed to be a purchase organization of the Indian Government. Stay tuned for a review of the AH530-HD.
