The Motorola Atrix was quite a success and it did have a range of interesting features, as well as accessories alongwith the device itself. Now, images of the Motorola Atrix 2 have been leaked out on the Internet, according to a report by GSMArena.
The Motorola Atrix 2
The device has been nicknamed as the Motorola Edison, and as far as the comparisons between the earlier model and this one are concerned, it seems that Motorola has diteched the glossy back cover with a textured one. Also, the location of the carrier logo has been changed. According to GSMArena, the device will come with Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread out of the box. That’s quite confusing with Ice Cream Sandwich devices slated to launch this October. Also, the phone will lack LTE support.
Pricing, availability or detailed specifications haven’t been released yet, but we’ll keep you posted once we get our hands on more news about the Atrix 2. While we’re at it, do you think the Atrix 2 should continue where the original Atrix left off, and have a few accessories and dock as enhancements? If yes, is there any particular one you’d love to see?
