While all eyes were glued to the events unfolding at Apple's “Lets talk iPhone” event, yesterday at a small theatre in Cupertino, another manufacturer released an impressive handset in the market, which could prove to be a potential rival to its American competitor. LG has officially announced the Optimus LTE, which features a 1.5GHz Dual-Core processor running Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and a 4.5-inch touch screen with a 1280 x 720-pixel True HD LCD display. LG claims that this resolution is the highest resolution IPS display available on a smartphone.
