LG Electronics has launched its Optimus G Pro in India for a hefty of Rs 42,500.

The Optimus G Pro smartphone features a 5.5-inch screen that packs over 2 million pixels, which according to the company, is twice as many as on other smartphones with HD screens. The Android 4.1.2-powered phone also has a camera with capabilities to shoot and record video at Full HD.

The smartphone comes with advanced user experience features such as Dual Recording and Virtual Reality (VR) Panorama. Dual Recording allows users to capture video with both the front and rear cameras simultaneously. The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a similar feature. VR Panorama allows shots of entire horizontal and vertical environments for a full 360 degree view.
