Hacker group, LulzSec seem to have received a taste of their own medicine or rather, poison with rival hacker group, TeaMp0isoN declaring war on them. LulzSec were having the time of their life on the internet taking down high profile websites which include Sony, CIA, and the Brazilian government among many others. They appeared virtually unstoppable, until now. According to a report by Fox News, a member of TeaMp0isoN, Hex0010 says that they have plans to take out LulzSec followers one at a time and say that they are here to show the world that LulzSec are ‘nothing, but a bunch of script kiddies.’
TeaMp0isoN aims to take down LulzSec members
TeaMp0isoN are a group of professional hackers who are supposed to be publicly connected to the Palestinian-friendly Mujahideen Hacking Unit. The report claims that they were responsible for defacing Facebook back in December, and are in a race with international police to expose the identities of the LulzSec members. TeaMp0isoN have defaced the website of Sven Slootweg, a Swedish web designer living in the Netherlands, claiming him to be a part of LulzSec. The report goes on to say that Slootweg immediately denied these accusations and posted a note saying that he was not part of LulzSec.
In addition to this a report says that TeaMp0isoN have said that they plan on revealing names, addresses and phone numbers of the members of LulzSec. A 17-year old member of TeaMp0isoN ridiculed the skills of LulzSec by saying, “[Y]ou posted hashes from public forums and then claimed you doxed us and laughed at the fact that i was 17 years old. [S]top telling yourself that u are hackers.” This appears to be an out and out war. Do post your thoughts on these hackings in the comments below.
