Motorola Xoom was officially unveiled at CES 2011, but it was rumored then that the tablet would be hitting stores sometime in March. However, we just might see the tablet a lot earlier, more like next month.
Engadget caught hold of a Best Buy document a couple of days ago which said the Xoom will be launching on February 17th. While there hasn’t been any confirmation from Motorola about the exact launch date, the site says that the product will be in-stock from February 16th onwards. The note confirms that the tablet will be coming with an onboard memory of 32 GB and the price hovers at $ 699.99 (approx Rs. 32,000).
Let’s hope that Motorola “Xooms” into the Indian market and joins the Motorola Defy ASAP.
