Users can apply to jobs directly from the mobile applications and the HTML site. also simplifies the job search process a little by providing recommendations when the user logs in to the site, based on the information they entered when he or she created his or her profile. Furthermore, also sends job alerts directly to users' inboxes, three times a week.

Additionally, users can edit their profiles directly from the app and/or the HTML website. Users can also check how many employers have looked at their resumes and which companies they had applied to for jobs already. It doesn't look like employers can upload jobs to the portal using the mobile apps or mobile site, yet, but the response time to their job ads can be considerably reduced by jobseekers applying from their smartphones. iOS users can go to the App Store to download the app for free for their iDevices running iOS 3.1 and higher. Android users can go to the Android Market and BlackBerry users, can go to the App World.
