The search engine giant, Google has now come with a fix for that loophole. So, the next time you stumble upon a vague result, you'll spot an icon with the help of which you can block the sites you don't want your searches to lead you to. The tool helps you personalize your search. You can block the sites that you don't want to see appear once you enter a search. For example: You enter in a query and click ‘SEARCH’. You will then draw up scores of links.
On any given link, the Block option will be made available. If the given site is what you want to block, then all you have to do is click that option. It sends out a confirmation message as soon as you click the block option. The blocked site will never appear in your search items. Alternatively, you can undo your changes i.e. unblock the site by visiting 'Manage Blocked sites'.
The new tool should make searches a lot more refined, quicker and relevant, at least that's what we hope.
