A roadmap of BlackBerry smartphones coupled with an image and specs of the Dakota aka Montana aka BlackBerry Bold Touch was seen earlier. Now there are some live images of the BlackBerry Bold Touch.

Bold enough to touch it?

N4bb has got live and exclusive images of the BlackBerry Touch which incidentally has had quite some confusion with codenames! Anyway, apart from images, there aren’t many changes to the specs of the smartphone and there’s not much about any specific features barring a shot of the smartphone running a digital compass.

Nevertheless, live images are quite something. Also if you notice, the back panel is made of Carbon fiber that adds to durability and prevents those shabby looking fingerprints! Although mentioned earlier, let’s take a look at the specs of the BlackBerry Bold Touch again:

  • 2.8-inch VGA 640 x 480 capacitive touchscreen
  • Wi-Fi
  • Bluetooth
  • 5 megapixel camera with HD video recording, flash and image stabilization
  • 4 GB of built-in storage, 768 MB RAM

The smartphone runs on BlackBerry OS 6.1 and this particular model that they got has 512 MB RAM and 6.5 GB of internal storage. The Bold Touch also has an NFC chip and other regular sensors like accelerometer, proximity sensor and magnetometer.

It sure does look good, what say?
