Rockmelt, the social networking broswer that came out for desktops last November, is now out for the iPhone. It looks very different from its desktop counterpart. Social media is a priority for this app, requiring you to log onto Facebook to use it.
Rockmelt on your iPhone supplements your desktop version
After Facebook, you can add Twitter and a variety of other accounts that make this browser work like an RSS reader. It's primary functions are to browse and search from Facebook and Twitter, as well as to save to view later. So if you're in the middle of something and you come across something interesting, you can mark it to save to read later. It of course, also lets you share updates and stories. When you use Rockmelt on your iPhone, your activity is visible on any of your other devices using Rockmelt because the browser functions in the cloud.
