South Korea-based, Samsung Electronics now has a new worry in its kitty. As if battling it out with Apple over a series of alleged patent infringements was not enough, Samsung now has a fresh set of accusations from Eastman Kodak to deal with. Reportedly, Eastman Kodak Company has accused Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd of infringing on a set of five patents pertaining to digital imaging, owned by the former. To this effect, Kodak has now filed a lawsuit at U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Kodak alleges that the five infringed digital imaging technology patents have been used by Samsung in their tablets.
