The Samsung Galaxy On Nxt smartphone was launched in India last year and today Samsung has launched the 2017 edition of the smartphone. Sadly, the only change here is the bumped up internal storage. While the Galaxy On Nxt had 32 GB of storage last year, the new version comes with 64 GB of internal storage. Priced at Rs 16,900 the new Galaxy On Nxt will be available exclusively through Flipkart starting 12 AM tonight.

The 2017 edition comes with a similar full metal uni-body design, a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display, a 1.6 GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 processor, along with an ARM Mali T830 MP1 GPU and 3 GB of RAM. The 64 GB of internal storage can be further expanded using a microSD card of up to 256 GB. There is a 13 MP primary camera with an f/1.9 aperture and LED flash and on the front there is an 8 MP camera with an f/1.9 aperture.

Other features include Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, a fingerprint scanner integrated in the home button, and a 3,300 mAh non-removable battery. The smartphone comes in two colour variants, black and gold.

As for the connectivity options, the smartphone comes with Dual SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/GLONASS,  microUSB port and FM Radio.
