Shure’s new line of high-end headphones includes two over-the-ear sets as well as four in-ear noise cancelling sets.
Here are the details:
SE215: $99 (Rs. 4,484) – In-ear, single driver
SE315: $199.99 (Rs. 9,059) – In-ear, single driver
SE425: $299.99 (Rs. 13,589) – In-ear, double driver
SE535: $499.99 (Rs. 22,649) – In-ear, triple driver
The above models include multiple sleeves for a better fit, a carrying case. The SE425 and SE535 also include 6.5mm adapters, and the SE535 comes with an additional airline adapter.
SRH550DJ: $99 (Rs. 4,484) – Over-ear DJ headphones
SRH940: $299 (Rs. 13,589) – Professional reference headphones
Both these headphones are bundled with a carrying case and 6.5mm adapter. The SRH550DJ headphones feature 50mm drivers and a headband that swivels up to 90 degrees for a more comfortable fit. The SRH940 comes with two detachable cables and a set of extra ear cups.
Sources say that all these headsets are due to launch in a couple of months, but there’s no saying when they’ll arrive in India. I hope they come here soon, as I’m Shure that they’ll be worth the wait.
