Just last month we saw a preview of the Sony Ericsson Halon. The smartphone which has undergone quite a few name changes, right from Vivaz 2 to Halon and MT15i, will now be called Neo.
As per some inside sources of techradar, Sony Ericsson’s Halon, of which we expect to catch a glimpse at the MWC this month, will be officially called Neo. We already know that this smartphone will be running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
The latest specs that we know of Neo are unchanged, they’re still as follows:
- Touchscreen display with 480 x 854 resolution
- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA
- Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP
- 8 Megapixel, with autofocus and LED flash
- Memory expandable up to 32 GB
The latest rumors still confirm Neo to be powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm processor with 512 MB RAM. Unfortunately there’s still no word about the screen size of Neo.
We don't have too long to go for the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, where we’re going to catch glimpses of some exciting smartphones!
