T-Mobile USA, a unit of Deutsche Telekom, said that a device based on Google Inc's Android software will be its first phone to take advantage of a new high-speed upgrade to its mobile network. T-Mobile USA, the fourth biggest U.S. mobile service, said it would provide more details about the new G2 phone in coming weeks.
