A tablet with a larger screen ensures a better viewing and surfing experience. Earlier 10-inch tablets usually were in the higher price bracket while the 7-inch tablets were the more affordable ones. However, in the past couple of months, this seems to be changing as several manufacturers have launched larger screen tablets with multi-core processors at a lower price. Today you will find several large screen tablets – ranging from 8 to 10 inches – that are priced well below Rs 20,000. But before buying a large screen tablet, do check the screen ratio as that could impact your multimedia experience. If you are looking for a tablet purely for entertainment, then go for a 16:9 or 16:10 screen ratio. On the other hand, a tablet with a 4:3 ratio screen ratio is good for page viewing and surfing, but you will get huge black bands at the top and bottom while watching videos.

We’ve listed the top 5 large screen tablets from the ones we’ve reviewed and are worth considering.
