Microsoft has announced a new set of deals for the Xbox 360 and Kinect, as well as games for the console. Those who buy an Xbox 360 get four games for free. The offer will only be available up to June.

Those who buy a 4GB Xbox 360 with Kinect will get a copy of Kinect Disneyland, two copies of Your Shape Fitness and one copy of Kinect Adventures. Buying a 250GB Xbox 360 and Kinect gets you a copy of Kinect Sports, a copy of Kinect Adventures, a code for Dance Central 2 and a code for Minecraft. Buying a 250GB Xbox 360 without the Kinect gets you Darksiders II, Batman: Arkham City, Gears of War 3 and Halo Reach.

The Xbox 360 seems to be on its way out

Now with offers for the Kinect bundle

“Whether a consumer is a first time buyer or an avid Xbox fan, Microsoft has great deals on offer. Players can now pick up an Xbox 360 with Kinect, take advantage of the freebies with it and start building the coolest gaming collection at never-seen-before prices. The hot summer months will go by unnoticed as the lively excitement of Xbox gaming will keep one totally engrossed,” said Anshu Mor, Business Group Lead of Interactive Entertainment Business at Microsoft India.

Prices of games are also going down. Alan Wake, Fable 3, Gears of War, Halo ODST, Halo Wars and Mass Effect now cost Rs 699 each. Crackdown 2 and the Gears of War triple pack now cost Rs 1,199. Despite these being relatively old games, the drop in prices is likely the result of Microsoft manufacturing games in India itself, instead of importing.
